Kevin, the owner and chef, has worked in hospitality for many years and without a doubt knows what makes a great restaurant tick.
"We put our heart into everything we do and want our customers to feel at home” – Kevin, owner of Ayame.
When customers dine in at Ayame they can expect modern Japanese cuisine coupled with a unique ‘Ayame flavour’. A special Ayame sauce is added to almost all of the dishes on the delicious menu and it’s a definite crowd pleaser.
The signature dishes such as the Black Cod Miso are really something special. The dish features a black cod fillet marinated in white miso for 24 hours, grilled to perfection and served with seasonal vegetables & black miso glaze. Such attention to detail and fusion of flavours is reflected across their entire menu.

Kevin and the rest of the Ayame staff love to make their customers feel at home.
“Most of our customers are regulars who’ve been coming here for a long time. They enjoy bringing their whole family to dine and we enjoy creating a wonderful dining atmosphere for them” – says Kevin.
The bubbly Ayame team extend their warm hospitality to catering services, available for a variety of functions; such as corporate lunches and dinners, Christmas functions, birthday parties and many more.

The restaurant has also recently made the move to online ordering and customers can now order delectable Ayame dishes in the comfort of their own home.
The website features beautiful photos of the dishes, making it easier to browse through the menu and place an order.
“Since taking our business online with the help of Zwift, our orders have increased. Moreover, our team now has more time to focus on the important things while Zwift processes the online orders and market our business!” – assures Kevin.
The Ayame team are constantly thinking of ways to improve and further enhance the restaurant. The menu is soon to be revamped with even more delicious dishes to come!
